Your college advisor is an amazing resource! Be sure you are working with them to understand all the support they offer around the pre-pa process. Mappd is designed to be a support to students AND advisors. You can invite your advisor to have read-only access to Mappd, so they can see your course history from all of your schools, your activies, and your test results (GRE, PA-CAT, TOEFL). Our hope is that by having Mappd, you and your advisor can spend less time discussing what you already did and more time analyzing that information to make a plan for the future.
Currently, Mappd offers supoort for the premed and pre-PA tracks. Switching from one to another in Mappd is as simple as clicking a button! We hope to add more support for other pre-health professionals in time.
Mappd is great for anyone who has not yet applied to PA school. We recommend that you join Mappd at least a year before you apply to enjoy the full benefits of the membership, but there are features you can use (like our FREE GPA calculator) that will help at any time.
Mappd is open to anyone who knows they are pre-PA or premed. There are some things you will not start tracking until you graduate (coursework for example) but you are welcome to join now and start taking advantage of the resources available to you.
